Return Process

  Securely place the smartwatch strap in its original retail packaging, ensuring all screen protectors or pins are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any local Royal Mail post office, making sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned electronics accessories, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
